Hello! My name is Karen A. Bellamy and I am a retired educator with a passion for reading.

My love of reading is a gift I desire to pass on to children of all ages. I want children to visualize books coming to life as they read while increasing their vocabulary through reading.

My educational and professional achievements include: Master in Early Childhood Education; Master in Reading (Type 10 Reading Specialist) and a nominee into Who's Who Among American Teachers.

"The Big Brown Box" is my first book which is currently available through this website and Amazon.com. My second book "Ephraim and The Bee" is now also available. Each book includes an audio CD and highlights two tier vocabulary words.
